The cuisine at Kunitachi ZAEMON starts with stock.After careful selection, we use the highly fragrant honkarebushi from Sakurajima, Kagoshima Prefecture.We carefully monitor the heat and cooking time to bring out only the best moments.All unnecessary impurities have been removed, leaving only the pure umami flavor concentrated.We prepare this special cup of coffee every day with care, making it simple yet full of deep flavor!
